Another typical example of a Jay Sugarman Estate Auction. The presentation is designed to give the viewer a comfortable feeling about the sale. Every shot was carefully considered. Combined with the right music the Segment works to invite you in.

Most people have no idea how fun and interesting an Auction warehouse event can be. This is another segment produced for the Jay Sugarman Auction Company. The concept is to show the viewer all the great stuff and get them excited about going to one and seeing for themselves what it's like.

Nextage Realty | Details

Nextage Realty is an interesting multi-level approach to selling Real Estate. The Client was looking for a soft pitch that included a professional spokesperson that was fairly simple to produce. The project included 2 separate pitches, one 8 minutes long and the other only 6 minutes. Using multiple cameras and a live switch we managed to shoot both in one 6 hour session. The Project was turned around from shoot to delivery in less than a week (with revisions).
